The central figure is holding the ribbons of the "Dublin international Exhibition of Arts & Manufacturers: Medal for Services, 1865." The medal shows a winged figure with cornucopia positioned over a Greek-style temple surrounded with products of Arts and Industry. Back of medal notes “J. B. Wolters” in center. Jan Berend Wolters (1808 - 1860) was a Dutch publisher who founded his company in 1836.
